find your starter solenoid and touch both of the terminals with a screwdriver or pliers. if your starter cranks then your starter is good. do you hear the solenoid click when you try and start it? The solenoid clicks for alittle while trying to start then stops. Thats about all that happens.

If battery volt is present on the starter wire while pressing the start switch the solenoid is good. Bat should have 12.5 to 12.8 when full. Also if u measure the battery volts while cranking and it drops a lot,then the bat is bad or the starter is gone. You could take some jumper cables straight to the start from a good battery to test the starter
